Preflop. Regular player on CO opens 2.5bb hero is on SB with JJ. Hero thinks good as 3betting here has no reason, because opponents fold to 3bet is very high, so he will fold all his weak hands and we dont want that. Maybe starting from TT I would 3bet as semi bluff. So hero makes the call preflop. Flop. 6JQr. Hero hits midle set. as hero mentions opponent is ABC player, but his cbets are high 60%. We could donk here, but its more value be checking, as opponent could bet weaker hands. So hero check/raises and get called. agains his calling range hero has about 85% equity. Turn. Turn: ($3.30) Ahttp://pokertools.holdemmanager.com/images/emoticons/diamond4.gif (2 players)Hero bets $2.36, CO raises to $8.40 and is all-in, Hero calls $6.04agains his calling range hero has about 60% equity. so he makes thin value bet here and get raised. opponent doesnt seem aggressive so agains his pushing range heros hand has equity has 30%. and pot odds is 30%. so it deppends if opponent could pushh two pairs or flush draw. if he could, so it would be 0EVcall. otherwise its -EV call. So in this spot as opponents WWSF 44 and WSD 59 so its closer to FOLD on the turn... :/

Preflop. Hero is on CO with 55 and opens 3bb. fish on the button makes the call. Flop. 52dQc. hero hits middle set on a flush draw board with one high card. as fish calls very wide and he is not agrressive so we keep him as call station. In this spot hero makes a bet for straight value. sizing is quite good, but also could be bigger as there are flush draw. fish will call a lot of hand here. turn. 7d. it closes the flush draw. but we should not afraid of it as fish range is very wide and still he could have gutshots with Ad for example. . so our play is easy we bet iuntill we get action back from a fish. sizing also could be bigger. River. Kc. here is the same as on the river. we should value bet thin. by checking we are not getting any bet from passive fish with one pair hand, but by betting we could get called. sizing i think should be around 1/2 pot. as Kx could scared him and he would not call with one pair for big bet. But how its played, so its call by half pot sizing.

Preflop. plaeyr on the button opens 3bb and regular player on SB 3bets and hero on BB with AKo makes the call. in this spot the right plat would be to 4bet as there are dead money in the pot. And SB could 3bet light here. Also by calling we give good chances from player on the button to enter the pot with hands which has equity against our hand. So my plan would be 4bet/call, As played: Flop. 3T6r. opponent checks. according his stats he plays straight forward, by cbeting only 40% oop. and check/folds very much. so we should make semi bluff here, as opponent could check fold hands like AK, 75s. QJo which has outs against us. maybe he is planing to check/call one pair hand like TJ. but it will be hard for him to continue on later streets if put some pressure on him. so i think its best to bet here and take the pot down. As played. check check. turn. 7h. SB bets half pot. so now i think that opponent is not bluffing. ussually if he wants to bluff so he could bluff right on the flop. And our hand seems like pot control made hand. So know he starts to value bet us. I think its good to fold now against this opponent. as his WWSF is 40 and cbets are low, so he is playing straight forward.. As played so definitely fold on the river:)
-
Preflop. agressive fish limps on CO and hero is on BB with A4o. there is nor reason to isolate a fish as our hand is not good and we are out of position, so we take free card and its correct play. FLop. AKc9h. hero hits top pair with weak kicker. hero donks, but i think its not good. of course we could say that we are value betting for thin value, but in this spot fish is very agressive, so it will be hard to play on later streets with our hand out of position. As fish is agressive so if we check, so he will bet himself most likely. As played; Turn. 3d. blank card. hero checks and fish bets pot size. he will bet here with his all range or 95%. our equity against his range is 66% so we have pot odds to make the call with a plan to check/call on the blank river. Also our line seems weak, thats why it was better to check/call from the flop. River. 2h. hero check again and fish bets again pot size bet. again fish is very agrressive on the river and he has bluffs. his WWSF is high. so against this fish it will be ok to make the call. if we put to his range some bluffs, so we have about 40% equity and pot odds are 33%, so its a call on the river.
-
Preflop. Hero is deep stack and opens from UTG with 87h. regular player on the button makes the call with 19% call open. and 3bet 5%. Flop. 9d57s. hero has one pair plus gutshot. We have semi bluf here, as opponent can fold overcards to the board, so we could steel equity from him. sizing half pot maybe not so good, as opponent could call lighter here in deep stacks, so i would bet standard sizing 2/3 pot. as played: Turn. 6d. hero hits his gustshot and now we he makes thin value bet against regular player as he could have flush draws, pairs, two pairs, maybe even sets or overpairs liek TT JJ. but hero get raised. he could raise some flush draws, sets, two pairs but also better straights. hero reraises him back but its bad play. as we are isolating us against better hands. if he had bluffs, so he could fold to heros reraise. So my play would be call here. and check/call on blank river. We are beatten only by T8s which are only 3 combos (we are blocking one). and there are a lot of draws on the board. And this opponent raises on the turn 15% and WSD when raising is 57%. so of course he can have drawing hands here. Also we are deep stack here..

Preflop. Hero is on BB with K9h. Co fishy player limps and hero checks as there is no reason to isolate. I would isolate from KTs. As played: Flop. K3sTc. hero hits top pair medium kicker. hero has a reason to make thin value bet as fish can call weaker pairs, draws, A high. sizing is norm. fish calls and we see turn card. turn. 9c. it bring clubs flush draw closes OESD on QJ, gives two pair like T9, but hero hits two pair. And again we have thin value bet here as hero made sizing is norm. now we go tur the river. River. Th. hero makes thin value bets, but there are not much hands we could value bet here, maybe A high, but we should make small sizing. Its either check/call on the river, because it missed a lot of draws, but as fishes are not agressive, so we could miss value from other hands which are weakeer than ours. I think we should make thin value bet with small sizing and fold to a raise. As played: there are a lot of tens in his range and our two pair is conterfited by better king. So we beat only bluf here. Its fold on the river. even if we put some bluffs to his range, so we do not have enough equity to make the call.
-
Preflop. hero open raises from UTG with KK for straight value. and regular player on CO make the call. Flop. J3Qr. On this flop our hand equity against his continuing range is 74%, so we have thin value bet here. sizing 2/3pot is standard, so we make the bet and opponent makes the call. Turn. 2h. opens heart flush draw. on the turn our hand equity against his continuing range is 79%, so we have again thin value bet here. Hero makes it and sizing is ok. river. 6d. its a blank,. our hand equity against his range is 80%. so we have thin value bet here. there are a lot of top pairs in opponents range. So its bet standard sizing 2/3 and fold to a raise as opponent is not agressive on the river. if opponents WTSD is high and WSD is low, so maybe we could lower a litle but sizing for example 1/2 pot, so he could call with 2nd pair. But i would do this with AQ. with overpair KK its ok 2/3, so he could call with AQ himself, or event with 2nd pair aswell:)
-
Preflop. Fish limps on the button and hero isolates him. dont know how fish is folding to cbets, but if he is not folding much, so maybe its ok to check preflop,. As played: sizing is good. Flop. K3hTd. on the flop we have thin value bet. Our hand equity is 74% against his continuing range. Sizing is good. Turn. 4h. it closes flush draw. but our equity against his continuing range is 60%, so we have thin value bet here. Sizing could be bigger at least 2 bucks i think. River. 6d. on the river we dont have any reason to make a bet. Our hand equity is 41%.We should check here and see what fish does. If he bets small, so we could call, but if he bets big, so we should fold. he has a lot of flushes in his range. we assume that fish is passive and he wont bet or bet big with weaker hands than ours. So how played hero, so i think its ok, just sizings should be bigger against fishes as its the most profit coming from them thats why we are waiting for them on the tables:)

Preflop. Hero opens from UTg with 77 for thin value and get called by regular player on the button with cold call 10%. Flop. 6h94s. We dont have thin value bet here, but we can steal equity from regular player which could be overcards to the board. So hero makes the bet and get called. sizing is good. Turn. 5d. We have OESD now. I think opponent will not fold flush draw here as his WTSD is 35%, so we do not have reason to make the bet. We check and opponent bets. Our equity is 32% so we have good pot odds to make the call and see the river card. River. 9h. the same as on the turn we dont have reason to bet here so we check and opponent bets. As he is not so aggressive on the river, so we could give him very little bluff here. So our hand has equity about 13%, so we do not have pot odds to make the call, so its fold on the river. If opponents stats would be more agrressive for example, WWSF above 50, WSD low and river aggression more than 30, so maybe we could think about bluff catching, but in this spot its fold.. :/

Preflop. Hero open from CO with KK for straight value. Again, its looks like there is a fish in BB, so we should open by bigger sizing from CO. But only player on SB calls. His cold call is 7%, so its very narrow. mostly pocket pairs, some suited broadway and big suited connectors. Flop. 9cT9h. SB checks and we have thin value bet here against his range. Hero makes it and get check-raised. His check raise is 15%, but remember that his preflop range is very narrow, so this 15% check raise usually strong hand. Against his check/raise range we have about 45% equity (flopzilla). So we have good pot odds to make the call. Opponent is very aggressive, so we should keep this in mind. Turn. 4h. blank. SB checks. Now we have to make decission. Now our hand has 56%equity, as opponent could have some draws here. So we could make very thin value bet here, but as opponent is very agressive so we could another check raise and have to fold our hand, so plan would be check back, and make the on the blank river card. River. Qs. SB bets into hero 2/3 pot. i think in this spot opponent would not bet hand like one pair. Remember his range before the flop was very narrow. So against his continuing range on the river we do not have enough equity to make the call. So its fold on the river. Thats is how I think
-
Preflop. Hero opens from CO with AA 3bb. Again, if there is a fish on blinds we should open by bigger sizing with our top range. As played: Flop. 89Tr. 3 straight cards on the board. Fish doesnt fold to cbets and his cold call BBvsCO is 58%. very wide.. But fish donks into hero. His donk bet is 16%, so it means that he has some made hands and our equity is 35% against his donk bet range. So we can not make value raise here, but we have pot odds to make the call and see the turn card. Turn. 2c. Its a blank and fish checks. We dont have thin value bet here, but we can make semi bluff. Maximize our equity and steal equity from fish. As he could have made hand+draw. Sizing should be bigger against fish. River. 7d. now its 4 cards straight on the board. it closes straight draws, give two pairs for fish range. And fish bets into hero almost half pot. Against his range we have very little equity and pot odds is not good (checked in flopzilla, but can not upload image here right now). So how its played, so its FOLD on the river.
-
Preflop. Fish 73/7 min raises opens from UTG and hero makes the call on the button with TT. We could also make 3bet here for thin value, but as we we know fish is passive call station and he can open tight range here, so call is also ok to play for set value and let other player to join the pot while we are in position. Flop. 296r. Fish checks, and here we have thin value bet against his strong overcards or pocket pairs. Hero makes it, but sizing I would make bigger. Turn. 4s. opens flush draw. Fish checks again. And here we also have thin value bet. and sizing could be bigger. Hero bets and get raised. As we assume that hish is passive call station and we are making bet for thin value, so if get raised we should make the fold here. But hero called. River. 7d. Doesnt change much and fish bet almost pot size. And here we are beating nothing from his value range. and as fish is passive call station we should fold here. Next time we should not forget about sizing against fishes!
-
Preflop. Hero opens from MP with KK for straight value. And get called by BB regular player. with 4.8% 3bet and cold call vs UTG 4%. its veru narrow range. and its most likely pocket pairs. Flop. T2d5h. BB checks. We have thin value bet here against his pocket pairs. Also flush draw if opponent calls such hand like JTs. Hero makes the bet, but sizing should be bigger, standard sizing would be ok 2/3 pot. As played: turn. 9c. Again we he have thin value bet here against his pocket pairs. Again sizing i would make 2/3 pot. Hero bets and get called. River. Ah. its overcard to our KK. BB checks. And we dont have any reason to make the bet here. As there is only one hand he would make the call and its JJ. but there is an Ace on the river, so its very hard for him to call. So we should check back and go to showdown. In opponents range there are many sets. As played: hero bets and get raised, so its a fold. Of course there is a missed flush draw on the board. but there are very litlle suited cards in his 4% cold call range. so its fold on the river.
-
Preflop. Hero is on the button with QQ. And opens 2bb for straight value. If we assume that on BB is a fish, so we should open at least 3bb with our top range. As played: Flop. 9s42d. Fish donks half pot. Ussually it means some kind of made hand or good draws. We have a reason to make a bet for thin value. And hero makes it by raising on the flop. sizing is good. Fish calls. Turn. 2c.pairs the board. it reduces the amount of duces which fish could have. But it still remains flush draw and straight draw. Fish bets again. We have thin value bet here again. As fish could call with his draws. And we should raise quite big here, but not all-in. as fish could fold. As played: River. Js. Its kinda blank. but it could make also two pair for fish J9. Flush draw missed. Fish checks. we have a reason to make thin value bet here. Sizing I think should be 1/2 pot. So fish could call with 3rd pair in this spot. maybe even less to make him call with Ax for example.
-
Preflop. Agressive fish opens, CO calls and hero squezzes with JJ on the button for thin value. and fish makes the call: Flop. 9s29h. Fish checks. We have thin value bet here. Sizing is good. Turn. 4h. It closes flush draw. Fish checks. AS fish is very aggressive so we have two ways to play here. check back or make thin value bet. our hand has 55% equity against his continuing range. But there is a chance that fish could check/raise and then we should fold our hand. So in my opinion its better to check back here and keep his range wide. We are not afraid of overcards and not so much on flush hard as we have Jh. Also fish can bluff at us on the river. So we dont miss value. Anyway its only one street of value left in this spot. So check is best here. But hero bets and gets raised. of course its a call because its very good pot odds. And if we bet on the turn, so I think we should make smaller size. So fish could call wider here, for example with underpairs. And against big sizing he will continue only with strong hands which are not so many in his range..
-
Preflop. Hero is SB with AsQc. Fish limps on the button. And hero isolates. Sizing is not good. With our top range we should isolate minimum 5bb out of position. As played: BB also calls and fish. Flop. 9hKTs. Hero has gutshot with backdoor nut flush draw. We dont have any reason to make the bet here. Fold equity is low on such board. So hero plays Check. BB checks. BTN bets 1bb. We have good pot odds and good equity so we call. BB also calls. Turn. Js. We made the straight and nut flush draw. We should make here bet for straight value against both players. As regular player will not have flush here. He would raise on the flop, because it was very low sizing fish made. But hero and BB checks. BTN bets 1/2 pot. We should make the raise here and play for stack with fish. But hero calls. As played: River. Qd. its straight on the board. Hero checks and BTN bets pot. Fish seems to be aggressive. So its call absolutely. We are beatten only by a flush. But we are blocking nut flush. Fish could overplay here some hands. Like lower straight, sets, maybe two pair. Again, we should play for stack on the turn. And there will be no tough decissions on the river..
-
Preflop. CO fishy player limps and hero in small blind isolates. Sizing could be bigger as fish will call more wide in positiona against us. As played: Flop. 23hTs. We have thin value bet here. as fish doesnt fold mush to cbets on flop and turn. Of coures it would be good to know how he plays in 3bet pot for exapmple. hero makes cbet for thin value. sizing is good i think. Turn. Ad. very uggly card for hero. we dont have value bet any more on such turn card. So play check. Fish seems to be aggressive on later streets, so at least we can call one street. As played: River. Th. it closes flush draw and also pairs the T. I think hands like Ax fish would check back. So his bet all-in is polorized. Either bluff or strong value hand like fliush. trips, full house, maybe he could even overplay hand like 45. But again there are a lot of value hands, and we are beating only bluff. His WSSD is 49. If its lower than 40, than I would think about call. But in this case i think its just better to fold our hand and wait for better spot with this fish!
-
Preflop. Hero opens from MP with KK and player on the button 3bets. |His 3bets are high 9.8%. So we could play 4bet for straight value in this spot. Aslo we could call if opponent fold very much to 4bet. As played: flop. Ac25s. opponent like to cbet on all streets. And we have overcard and flush draw on the flop. So we could check fold right here. As it will be very hard to check/call 3 streets out of position against his opponent. In his range there are a lot of Ax, like A2s+A5s. As played: Turn. 6c. Hero checks and opponent cbets again. If we planed to check/call one street, so its time to give up and check/fold. But hero check./called. river. 3d. As we see opponents agrression drops on the river, so it will be less bluffs. So definetelly its check fold on the river. Of course flush draw missed, but but there are alot of hands like A3s A4s A5s. We do not have equity against pot odds to make the call on the river. Again we could fold on the flop and wait for better spot.
-
Preflop. EP raises, BTN calls and HERO has AA in small blind. He makes squeeze. Sizing is good. Both players we assume that they are regular players. We have to keep in mind their ranges. Flop. 2dJ8s, We are playin out of position against UTG caller. His range i imagine like pocket pairs, suited broadway cards like JTs+, KQs, 55+JJ. On such board we have thin value bet. As opponent could make pair, he can have straigt draws, flush draws. Hero make thin value bet. Sizing could be bigger in order not to give good pot odds for opponent if he is drawing. Turn. Qd. on such card we dont have thin value bet. it closed some straight draws, it gives two pair for QJ. So we have to play check/fold in this spot. As weak hands l like one pair or flush draw most of the time opponent will check back. I thin sets player would raise on the flop as he would protect from straight draws and flush draws. And keep in mind that he opened from UTG and called squeeze, so his range is strong.
-
Preflop. Fish on MP limps and HERO isolates him by good sizing. Fish on BB calls and MP calls. Flop. KsT8h. We hit top pair top kicker. Board is draw heavy. MP checks and HERO makes thin value bet in two opponents. Sizing could be bigger as there are many draws and fishes will call a lot of made hands, drawing hands in this spot. Hero cbets and only fish on BB calls. His folds to cbets OOP is 61%. Which means he calls with made hands or good equity, but we have thin value bet here. Turn. 9d. It closes oesd, gives two pair. We could make thin value bet here again, but with smaller size, to keep his range wider. As we play in position, so we ccan take free card on the river. Hero cbets and get called. River. Jd. Fish donks all-in. Ussually it means strong hand when fish donks allin on the river. He has a lot of queens in his range. We are beating only bluff. Our equity against his range is low and we do not have good pot odds to make +EV call. So Its FOLD on the river.
-
Preflop. UTG regular player opens 14% and hero 3bets for thin value with AKo on SB. Sizing is good. And UTG makes the call. Flop. 9hK7d. We hit top pair. We have thin value bet here. There are a lot of draws on the board. Opponent could have weaker top pairs, underpairs, gutshots. Hero makes tthin value bet and get called. Sizing is good. But we are playing in position, so it can be less also. Turn. 8h. Again we have thin value bet here. Our equity against his continue range is 68%. Sizing could be bigger on the turn as it bring one more flush draw. River. 6h. on the river we dont have value bet as our equity is only 11% (flopzilla) against opponents continuing range. So we have to check our hand here. Hero checks and opponent bets 3/4. Our pot odds to call is about 30%. If we give him bluffs so our hand has only 16% equity. So its easy check fold on the river. On thing I would notice, that we should bet bigger on the turn and dont give good pot odds for opponent to realize his equity. Of course we play bet/fold on the turn.
-
Preflop. UTG raises. seems like regular player. 17% open. Hero 3bets in CO for thin value. But UTG stack is 57bb so we can make it as for straight value. Sizing is good. Flop. Q43r. UTG checks. We dont have value bet here. If opponent has underpair so we can extract value on later streets. Make it as semi bluff? Opponent with his range dont have 6+ outs. So there are no reason to make the bet. Hero checks. Turn. 9d. And opponent bets into us half pot. We have good pot odds to call and hero makes the call. Tc. And opponent shoves all-in. Calculated in flopzilla that we do not have enough pot odds to make the call. I putted some bluffs to him and we get only 28% equity. And pot odds are 31%. So its fold on the river. We are beating only bluff:/ And this player is unknown to us. So thinking about tendencies in this limit, so most players are not aggressive on the river. They have aggression 20-27 on the river, so they are not bluffing much on the river..
-
Preflop. Fish limps in MP and Hero 3bets from SB with AA. Sizing is OK, bet we can make it bigger. Flop. 6J2s. We have a reason to make thin value bet and hero makes it. Sizing is OK. Fish makes the call. Turn. Td. Fish can have two pair now, but also he have a lot of Jx hands, flush draws. We should make again thin value bet here. Sizing is OK, but it could be bigger:) River. 3s. Again we should make thin value bet here. As fish is passive and we check so he will not bluff at us and we miss value from hands like Jx and othe pairs. I would go allin here. If play check so we have to check/fold. As passive fish will not play agressive one pair hands on the river here. I like the way hero played. Other option is to bet smaller on the river, so fish could call more widely here. But as fish is call station, so he can put us on busted flush draw and call with any Jx or other pair hands. And most likely there is no difference for him if we bet bigg or smaller. He is call station!
-
Preflop, Fish minraises from UTG and Hero 3bets in MP with AJs. Sizing is bad. Should be more than 11bb. Btn calls (nit player). BB calls and fish calls. By making small size of our 3bet we give good pot odds for other players to enter the pot with fish.. Flop. 857s. We have nut flush draw. 2 players checks and its our turn to make decision. In multi pot fold equity on such board is very low. there are a lot of draws. We do not have reason for value bet or semi bluff. As opponents will not fold hands like ours or stronger. Als by checking we could get free card. So we play check. Turn. 8h. We have nut flush draw on a paired board. We should play our hand carefully. Two players checks and we make the bet for thin value. Sizing should be near the pot size as boards is very draw heavy. BTN calls and fish minraises. AS we betted for thin value here, so we make just the call as fish can overplay some hands here. River. Ac. Fish bets very small. We should raise here for straight value as pot is big and stack sizes are small. Easy shove all-in on the river.
-
Preflop, Hero raise from MP with AKo. SB calls with 16% cold call. This range is quite wide, pocket pairs, suited connectors, broadway cards. He doesnt seem as very aggressive player. Flop, K9s6. We hit top pair. We have thin value bet here. As opponent doesnt fold much OOP 47%. Board has draws, but its not very wet. He could have here pairs, flush draws, gutshots and sets also. We make thin value bet. Sizing is good, Turn. 8spades. Its kinda blank card i closed gutshot for T7, but in his range there are not such hands. We make thin value bet again and get raised. As his turn check raise is high, so we make the call. we have no reason to 3bet here, as he will fold all his bluffs. river. 6 diamonds. SB bets small sizing. Most likely he would bet more with flush or he would raise on the flop. his two pairs like 89 we are beating now. we beat weaker kings, missed gutshot. As we have good pot odds, so we have to make the call here on the river.
