Dear Pilf,

We would like to inform you that we have reviewed your entire game records. Upon reviewing the results of our investigation, we have verified that you have engaged in the act of bum hunting & Predatory Behavior(hit and running) from your records, and as such, we will proceed to give you a warning. In addition, the handling of violations will commence in accordance with our Security and Ecology Agreement which can be found at http://www.ggnetwork.com/security-and-ecology-agreement.

In general, players are expected to be seated with the purpose of playing. It is acceptable to be seated and occasionally deny action in certain circumstances, such as being seated to help start a new ring game, but not willing to play heads-up. It is not acceptable to remain seated out at a table (especially an active one) waiting for one of only a few preferred opponents to arrive to play in; in other words, it is not acceptable to target specific players. In general, seated players are expected to accept action much more often than they refuse it. Failure to abide by these rules after given warnings may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of playing privileges. These rules are applied to all games of our network.

The actions of your play showed that you did not follow these rules, violating the rules of GGNetwork, and as such we must take strict measures.

We have compiled a small list of examples below, which validates our decision of the warning stated above:

We would like to warn you to not engage in any bum hunting&Predatory Behavior activity in the future; any verification of engaging in bum hunting & Predatory Behavior will have no choice but to proceed in accordance with our security protocol.

Такое или подобное предупреждение, судя по тому, что данный вопрос задавали Петру на стриме и обсуждению этих писем на соседнем ресурсе, получило достаточное количество игроков.

 

Я в принципе не против каких-то вменяемых правил, и если я или еще кто-то их нарушил, то за предупреждения и т. п. Но! А что именно я делал не так?

 

Наверное в правилах все четко прописано, а я их не читал и сам виноват?

GGNetwork's promise to its Users is to provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable poker environment. Predatory Behavior is in direct conflict with our promise, and as such, The Security Team adopts a strict zero-tolerance policy.

2.2. As The Security Team reviews on a case-by-case scenario based on the gravity of the suspected offence, The Security Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend Users suspected of Predatory Behavior from the Network for a period of no more than 60 (sixty) days, pending the conclusion of an investigation into the User’s activities.

2.3. Should a User be in breach of Predatory Behavior, an outline of penalties The Security Team reserves is listed in Point 17 below.

 

4. BUMHUNTING ​

4.1. Bumhunting is defined as the act of deliberately targeting one subset of (usually weaker) players while avoiding giving action to another subset of (usually stronger) players.

4.2. Should a User be suspected of engaging in Bumhunting, GGNetwork reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend the User from the Network for up to 60 (sixty) days, pending the conclusion of an investigation into the User’s activities.

4.3. Following the conclusion of the investigation, potential actions the GGNetwork Security Team reserves are listed in Point 17.

​

4.4. Where we find clear evidence of Bumhunting, any related confiscated funds will be distributed (at the Security Team’s judgment) to affected users as evenly as possible.

 

 

 

И что тут конкретного прописано и я нарушил? Могу точно сказать, что я использовал искусственный интеллект в виде рандомайзера. Наверное за это?

Your players are making a strict table selection. GG wants them to play with everyone. By bum hunting they mean they sit in empty table, and wait for specific players, if the opponent is good they will refuse to play against him.

 

 

Понятненько. Я селектил столы. Какая неожиданность, больше так никто не делает, только я один, сумрачный бамхантер

 

А если серьезно, ну не нравится сети, что я открыл стол, и ушел с него при отсутствии подсевшего фиша, ну блин, пропишите в правилах и разошлите, а потом пугайте нарушителей разбирательствами и прочими санкциями.

 

В данной ситуации меня порадовал только гугл переводчик, который перевел бамхантинг сначала как "участие в охоте на задницу", а в следующий раз как "участие в охоте на бомжей".

 

По первому пункту получил комментарий от жены: " Я думала ты там работаешь, а ты на чью-то задницу охотишься! Прекращай, а то тебя прямо здесь постигнут санкции!"

Да пока все тихо, тьфу-тьфу. Кешаут большей часть БР прошел, сейчас добью бонус и  свалю в более теплые края. Тем более давно собирался поиграть со статистикой, чтобы дальше развиваться. А то болтаюсь на нл 50 в слабый плюс и не расту дальше.

Пригляжусь к Бетфейру, вдруг понравится.   Еще Покер Кинг есть. Если они победят наконец свой софт, то можно там полянку оценить, рейкбек хороший.

Начал играть на Бетфейре. Интересно, совсем другая игра, другие сайзинги, другие оппы.

 

Очень многие опенрейзят 2бб, и 3 бетят 6-8бб. В целом игра какая-то более прямолинейная с одной стороны и более агрессивная иногда с другой. До конца еще пока не разобрался что и как.

 

И еще статы! Очень непривычно. Я за год отвык что их можно смотреть и делать выводы.   Буду привыкать.

У меня было первое овтрое желание выкинуть ривер, потом что-то смутило и стало интересно , поэтому колл. Не уверен, что он хороший. Хотя, если судить по ШД, то ок.

Может и имеем. Первое желание было выкинуть, я долго думал. Потом вспомнил, что он блефовал каким-то тоже потбетом или овербетом без эквити и решил посмотреть. Я сейчас иногда делаю такие вот дисповые коллы, для меня важно понять что и как оппы играют в новом для меня руме.

Поскольку теперь я играю в сети IPoker, могу выкладывать графики с результатами. Дистанция, конечно, небольшая, но сыграл не в минус, и это радует
